Overview

Expertly automated and managed business processes dramatically reduce the likelihood of bottlenecks, task replication, excessive or illegal expenditures, thereby enforcing business rules, compliance and sound corporate governance. FlowCentric Processware has been designed to facilitate the Automation of Business Processes by combining the power of IT with an in-depth understanding of business.

FlowCentric Processware allows organisations to streamline their operations by automating, executing, and monitoring business processes from beginning to end. Integrated analytics enable increased visibility by providing managers with extensive reports on key business operations and process execution.

Process applications built with FlowCentric Processware tend to overcome the limitations of traditional enterprise systems by integrating with existing applications, pulling relevant data, and connecting the appropriate people. FlowCentric Processware connects people with their systems and processes via a single user interface, which is so easy to use that all staff members can accurately follow the steps to ensure business runs smoothly.

The FlowCentric BPMS, FlowCentric Processware, allows an organisation to actively manage its processes from beginning to end, improving them along the way. FlowCentric Processware provides the functionality and infrastructure needed to support complex, collaborative processes, which extend throughout the enterprise, as well as across the value chain.

Why Choose FlowCentric Processware

Better Processes - Better processes produce lower costs, reliable products, motivated employees, and happier customers. This starts with examining how work is accomplished, documenting current methods, ensuring tacit knowledge is taken into account, and then improving those processes. While valuable, and vitally important, simply documenting procedures and relying on manual process implementation doesn’t provide business managers much control over the process.

More Control - With multiple legislative requirements influencing the management style of corporations worldwide, it is no longer about simply being competitive, but also compliant. In order to remain compliant, management must have control over how the company’s processes are executed

Built-In Business Rules - FlowCentric BPM technologies link business systems with process logic, as opposed to user behaviour, by building business rules into the system. There is a definite beginning and end to each process, with each step in the process being executed according to the rules defined by business. Information is pushed to people while the predefined business processes pull them along.

Accountability and Transparency - This not only minimises the risk of user error, but also insulates users from unnecessary complexities. The entire process is transparent and fully auditable, holding each participant accountable for their contribution. This method ensures that executive policy and procedures are consistently adhered to, thereby achieving governance and ensuring quality outputs through consistent behaviour.

Offering processes in a variety of languages is particularly beneficial to companies who would like to standardise their processes in a variety of countries where language may otherwise be a barrier.

Ease of Use - FlowCentric Processware links business systems with process logic, as opposed to user behaviour, by building business rules into the system. There is a definite beginning and end to each process, with each step in the process being executed according to the rules defined by business. Information is pushed to people while the predefined business processes pull them along. The FlowCentric user interface is so simple to use that all staff members, IT and non-IT, can accurately follow each step without the need to access any other systems. This not only minimises the risk of user error, but also insulates users from unnecessary complexities.

Easily Deploy In A Variety Of Environments -Easily deploy in a variety of environments such as smartphones, web browsers or directly into Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft Office Outlook.

Effective analytics based on BPM, ERP, CRM, data warehouse, SQL database, Excel data, and more. Dashboards with drilldown information. Real-time key performance indicators, charts, and statistics. Configurable event-driven alerts.

Central Administration - The entire FlowCentric site can be configured and administered through the FlowCentric Designer. The design suite encompasses a security model to ensure that only relevant users can access the site in this manner. All FlowCentric sites have a Site Administrator that can, by default, assign these access rights to process administrators. The rights can be configured as Read Only, or Read and Write. It can be configured per administrator, per structure or entity that exists in the site. This includes processes, role groups and the roles they contain, business rules, users, site settings, and access to the Language Editor. What makes this a very powerful feature of the product is that the Site Administrator can, for example, assign full access rights for the HR Manager to all the HR Processes, but not allow the HR Manager to make any changes to the Procurement Processes. The FlowCentric Designer also keeps a full audit trail on any changes or additions made to anything in the site, which makes it possible to track issues when they arise.

Manage Costs - Optimise your IT infrastructure for ever-changing business conditions, invest in FlowCentric Processware and build affordable solutions that provide reliability and choice. Before you change your ERP, at great cost, consider making use of FlowCentric BPM technology to enhance your existing system in order to meet your requirements.

Allows for Effective Innovation - Both the FlowCentric Designer and the FlowCentric Navigators are intuitive and easy to use, which simplifies end-user training and minimises support for IT. Data from multiple enterprise systems can be integrated through a consistent presentation layer which allows for significant customisation. Individuals and business units can create and deploy their own custom business process solutions and applications with relative ease.

Process Modelling - Process designers can quickly create process models in a user friendly drag-and-drop design environment with no coding. Alternatively a designer can simply import an existing Microsoft Visio model into FlowCentric Processware. This feature provides a convenient, visually intuitive means of creating and maintaining your business process diagrams.
