How-to Debug a user’s NAV Session in 2013

In all previous versions of Navision a consultant was normally presented with a screenshot of a user’s error. This error whatever it may be had to be somehow replicated by the consultant in order to investigate and resolve. This can lead to confusion if the processes is complicated or in an even worse scenario where the system works on the consultant’s side and not the user’s machine.

In NAV2013 that is now changed and this simple blog will show you how to open a debug session when the user gets the error on their session.
