Ethics
It is important that we as the AdvanceNet Group are continually maintaining the highest ethical standards possible while carrying out our business. Because our reputation is one of our most important assets, maintaining the trust and confidence of our stakeholders is a vital responsibility, and one we take very seriously.
It is for this reason that our values must continually guide and direct the way we do business across all of our operations. We will, therefore, monitor the ethical performance of all employees regularly in order to ensure that corrupt and unethical business practices are avoided at all costs.
To this end, the AdvanceNet Group does not permit our suppliers to incentivise our employees. Prohibited incentives include outright bribes, any form of direct reimbursement, as well as any form of “partner rewards” programme, except where the Group itself is the beneficiary of the programme.
Orders are placed on our suppliers based solely on the following criteria:
- The best price
- The best availability
- The best credit terms
- The best service levels
Should you suspect any AdvanceNet Group employee of unethical behaviour, please inform us of it by completing the following.
This information will be sent to Andy Irving, AdvanceNet Group Internal Services Manager. Your contact details, should you provide them, will be treated in the strictest confidence.
