Our workshop has been custom designed to facilitate efficient repairs, preparing of equipment and setup of networking infrastructure. We can set-up a 100 user network simultaneously in our workshop prior to delivering to a customer.
Our qualified and experienced technical team is both loyal and committed to AdvanceNet. The staff retention in this department gives customers continuity and enables long lasting relationships to be developed and maintained.
All notebook, desktop computer and file server products are unboxed, assembled, prepared and thoroughly tested in our workshops prior to being delivered to our customers (lead time and urgency allowing). This service is provided “free of charge” (Server Operating System and software installation is charged for on a time and materials basis).
You will also be notified by e-Mail and SMS to your mobile phone when your order is about to leave our dispatch facility.
AdvanceNet currently provides several customers with the service of installing “customised images” onto their equipment prior to delivery. This is charged for at a fixed time and materials rate.
We have a very sophisticated service tracking and procurement system implemented that forms part of our overall Customer Relationship Strategy. This allows us to provide customers with individual and fully customized reporting as and when required, e.g. events per serial number; time to repair etc. Any reporting requirements that you may have can be setup to your specifications.
